Coming out of the ashes of his former group The Yummy Fur, which also featured Franz Ferdinand's Alex Kapranos and Paul Thomson amongst its many members, John "Jackie" McKeown began his new musical project in January 2006. A really upbeat trio, these Glaswegians rarely run out of energy, with their first album being more punchy than their second, more mellow release.
