Jamie T

Best known as the "cheeky chappie from Wimbledon", Jamie Treays (who only uses his surname's initial for his stage name) first got on to the music scene in early 2006 after his self-released 7"s of the Selfish Sons single in November 2005 and Salvador got the attention of Virgin Records, who signed him and released the Betty And The Selfish Sons EP in April of that year. His first major label single, Sheila, was released in July, with If You Got The Money following in September. His biggest hit to date, Calm Down Dearest, released two weeks prior to his album, hit #9 in the UK Singles Charts, with the album, Panic Prevention, charting at #4 on the album charts. A reissue of Sheila followed in May, charting 7 places higher than the original, coming in at #15. September 2009 saw the release of Jamie's second album, Kings & Queens, with the EPs Sticks 'n' Stones and Chaka Demus preceding the album in June and August and The Man Machine and Emily's Heart EPs following the album in November and March. Salvador's video is below, with the downloads as well.
