The Pigeon Detectives

Leeds five-piece The Pigeon Detectives formed in 2002 but didn't really get anywhere until 2006, when they signed to local label Dance To The Radio and released their debut single I Found Out in November. This was followed up by Romantic Type in February 2007 and I'm Not Sorry the week before the album, Wait For Me, dropped on 28th May and peaked at #3 in the UK Album Charts. Post-album singles Take Her Back and the Stephen Street-produced version of I Found Out also fared well, with all the singles from the album charting at #1 on the UK Independent Chart. The group headed back into the studio and the first release from their labour, This Is An Emergency, was released 2 weeks before the album, simply titled Emergency, was issued on 26th May 2008. Consequent singles Everybody Wants Me and Say It Like You Mean It didn't hit the Top 40 at all. I'm Not Sorry's video is below, with the downloads afterwards.
